Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Ticketsio is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our users. This refund policy ("Policy") explains how we handle refunds for tickets purchased through our Services.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for tickets purchased through our Services. Refunds are not available for tickets purchased through third-party websites or at the event venue.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted to Ticketsio by the Consumer who purchased the ticket. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the event start time. Refund requests submitted after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the face value of the ticket, minus any service fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.
5. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, Ticketsio will issue a full refund to all Consumers who purchased tickets through our Services. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.
6. Event Changes
If an event is changed in any way, including but not limited to a change in date, time, or venue, Ticketsio will notify all Consumers who purchased tickets through our Services. Consumers will have the option to receive a refund or exchange their ticket for the new event.
7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
8. Changes to Policy
We may modify this Policy at any time, without notice. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
